Powder Room Shelf

I've been wanting something over the toilet in the powder room for awhile.  I wanted to find some cute unique shelf to put over there.  Something like Ballard Designs' Cafe Shelves... or even a floating shelf.

Unfortunately after months of searching thrift stores and clearance racks, I just never found what I wanted.  I was getting tired of seeing a big blank wall, so I grabbed what I already had.... this.

This is a typical craft-store unfinished shelf.  It served me well during all stages of design... from my country "apple kitchen/dark-green plaid" days to kids rooms for holding baby supplies to a simple storage shelf in the office that no one saw in our last home.  

I I figured there were no cut-out hearts, so I'd go ahead and use it.  I sprayed it with my Suede brown paint, roughed it up a big, hung her up and added a few accessories.  It's not done.  Maybe a photo instead of the bottles?  Hmmmm...
